In a deep large frying pan, heat Monini Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add onions.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Cook for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add in garlic and cook for another minute.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add in mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and all the water has evaporated.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices and basil, stir through and cook for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Stir in lentils and lower the heat. Cover the pan and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Assemble lasagna starting with 2 lasagna sheets at the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of the lentil sauce and cheese, repeat layering, finishing with the cheese layer.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Bake for 30 minutes.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monini.com\/en-au\/p\/classico-extra-virgin-olive-oil\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>If it starts browning too much, cover loosely with foil after 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Remove from the oven, set aside for 10 minutes before serving.
