{"id":19024,"date":"2025-07-21T17:40:55","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T15:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shumans-monini-stage.ccws.it\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=19024"},"modified":"2025-07-21T17:41:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T15:41:26","slug":"pull-apart-wheat-bouquet","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/shumans-monini-stage.ccws.it\/en-au\/recipe\/pull-apart-wheat-bouquet\/","title":{"rendered":"Pull Apart Wheat Bouquet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"preparation \">\n\t<h6>Preparation<\/h6>\n\t\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Sift the dry ingredients (double zero flour, semolina flour, garlic powder and plain flour) in a big bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add the sugar and the dry yeast to the warm milk, mix it and leave it on the counter for 10 minutes (until it doubled in size).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Pour the milk into the dry ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add the Monini Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt and knead the dough for another 10-12 minutes (until it\u2019s soft and elastic).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Cover the dough with a wet tea-towel and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Once the dough has increased in size, preheat a fan-forced oven to 200C.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monini.com\/en-au\/p\/delicato-extra-virgin-olive-oil\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Now it\u2019s time to make the wheat bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Get a piece of baking paper (40x30cm).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Roll 1\/3 of the dough (around 2cm of thickness) onto the baking paper and shape it as \u201clightbulb\u201d (It will be the base where the wheat bouquet will be built).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Create a circle in the middle of it, where you will place your bowl with the Monini Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Brush the surface of your base with some milk (it will act as a \u201cglue\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Roll small pieces of dough to make the stems. Approximately 10-15 cm long and just 0.5 cm of diameter. You will need 30-40 of them.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Place them on the bottom half of the \u201clightbulb\u201d shaped base.<br>To make the wheat heads, you just have to make a few oval shaped balls (2-2.5cm of diameter and 4-5cm in length).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Using a pair of scissors make small cuts on the oval shaped balls, to create the spikes. Place them on the top half (the bigger part) of the lightbulb shape.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Once it\u2019s all covered, make a braid with the leftover dough and place it just below the circle where you are going to place the small bowl. Place a piece of foil in the circle and fill it with some dry beans.<br>Brush your art piece with some milk and put it in the preheated oven<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Bake it at 200C for 15 minutes, then cover the art piece with a sheet of foil and keep baking it for another 15-20 min (until it\u2019s nice and golden).<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Remove it from the oven and brush it with some Monini Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
