{"id":19368,"date":"2025-07-22T11:19:34","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T09:19:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shumans-monini-stage.ccws.it\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=19368"},"modified":"2025-07-22T11:19:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T09:19:59","slug":"spicy-carrot-olive-oil-cake","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/shumans-monini-stage.ccws.it\/en-au\/recipe\/spicy-carrot-olive-oil-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Carrot Olive Oil Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"preparation \">\n\t<h6>Preparation<\/h6>\n\t\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Preheat oven 160<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Line a 20cm springform tin with baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>In a large mixing bowl combine oil, brown sugar, golden syrup and vanilla and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add eggs one at a time beating after each one.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Fold in sifted flour, spices &amp; bi-carb, followed by coconut &amp; carrot and mix through until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Add to cake pan and spread evenly<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Set aside to cool on a baking rack.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monini.com\/en-au\/p\/classico-extra-virgin-olive-oil\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>For icing combine cream cheese &amp; butter in a medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth, gradually add icing sugar continuing to mix.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Split cake in half and spread with icing, add to top &amp; sides then run a palette knife around to expose cake, naked style icing.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monini.com\/en-au\/p\/delicato-extra-virgin-olive-oil\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":19369,"menu_order":11,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"cat_recipe":[239],"difficulty_recipe":[184],"course_recipe":[188],"class_list":["post-19368","recipe","type-recipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cat_recipe-all-recipes-en-au","difficulty_recipe-medium","course_recipe-dessert"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
