Add the steak, seal the bag and refrigerate overnight, turning the bag several times.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>About 20 minutes before grilling, remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let sit, covered, at room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Heat your grill to high. Brush the steaks on both sides with Monini Grapeseed Oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare, 5 to 7 minutes for medium, or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Transfer the steaks to a cutting board or platter, tent loosely with foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monini.com\/en\/p\/grapeseed-oil\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":22518,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"cat_recipe":[234],"difficulty_recipe":[236],"course_recipe":[231],"class_list":["post-22517","recipe","type-recipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cat_recipe-chef-made","difficulty_recipe-easy-for-you","course_recipe-second-course"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
