Set aside.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Knead the pizza dough for a second time. Stretch or roll out the dough, place on a greased baking tray and leave to rise again.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"step-preparation \">\n <div>\n\t\n\n<p>Spread the grated cheese, caramelized onions and garlic on the dough.
