Nast\u0119pnie wszystkie filety obtaczamy w m\u0105ce, jajku i orzechach. Na patelnie wlewamy 3 \u0142y\u017cki smakowej oliwy z oliwek extra vergine Cytryna Monini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gdy oliwa b\u0119dzie rozgrzana k\u0142adziemy filety z miruny i sma\u017cymy na \u015brednim ogniu, po minucie z ka\u017cdej strony.
