Fr\u00f6erna torkas, mals, bel\u00e4ggs med hexan precis som man g\u00f6r med oljor av olivrestprodukter, och\u00a0<strong>raffineras<\/strong>\u00a0slutligen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.5em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-spaced\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OLJA AV OLIVRESTPRODUKTER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta \u00e4r en olja som\u00a0<strong>med hj\u00e4lp<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>av l\u00f6sningsmedel<\/strong>\u00a0utvinns ur nyligen pressade torra olivrester, som d\u00e4refter genomg\u00e5tt en industriell f\u00f6r\u00e4dlingsprocess och slutligen blandats med \u00e4tbar jungfruolja eller extra jungfruolja, i n\u00e5gon proportion. Lagen kr\u00e4ver att syrahalten i olja av olivrestprodukter inte \u00f6verstiger 1%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00c5 OLJA AV OLIVRESTPRODUKTER<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna olja utvinns&nbsp;<strong>med hj\u00e4lp av l\u00f6sningsmedel&nbsp;<\/strong>eller genom andra fysiska processer p\u00e5 redan finf\u00f6rdelade oliver, och den m\u00e5ste genomg\u00e5 en f\u00f6r\u00e4dlingsprocess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RAFFINERAD OLJA AV OLIVRESTPRODUKTER<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Erh\u00e5lls genom&nbsp;<strong>f\u00f6r\u00e4dling av r\u00e5 olja av olivrestprodukter&nbsp;<\/strong>och kan n\u00e5 en syrahalt p\u00e5 0,3%.&nbsp; Raffinerad olja av olivrestprodukter f\u00e5r endast saluf\u00f6ras i l\u00f6s vikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.5em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ANDRA OLJOR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00d6R\u00c4DLINGSPROCESSEN<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Oljor som inte klassificeras som extra jungfruolja eller jungfruolja, som t.ex. bomolja, f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6rst efter att de genomg\u00e5tt en industriell process som kallas raffinering eller omdestillering, som korrigerar syrahalt och organoleptiska defekter. F\u00f6r\u00e4dlingen sker i tre steg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"slider-step \">\n\t<div class=\"container-wrapper\">\n\t\t<div class=\"swiper swiperStep swiperSlides\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"swiper-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"card-slider-step\">\n\t<div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AVSYRNING<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Oljan behandlas med en sodabaserad l\u00f6sning som bildar tv\u00e5l n\u00e4r den f\u00f6renas med de fria fettsyrorna. D\u00e4refter g\u00e5r man vidare till reng\u00f6ring med vatten f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa upp tv\u00e5len. Det som blir kvar \u00e4r en neutraliserad eller avsyrad olja.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"card-slider-step\">\n\t<div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AVF\u00c4RGNING<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>De oxiderade \u00e4mnena i bomoljan avl\u00e4gsnas genom att oljan s\u00e4tts i kontakt med aktivt vegetabiliskt kol eller avf\u00e4rgningsjord. Efter denna fas har oljan f\u00e5tt en halmgul f\u00e4rg, liknande den hos de vanligaste v\u00e4xtfr\u00f6oljorna.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"card-slider-step\">\n\t<div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEODORISERING<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna alla oangen\u00e4ma lukter f\u00f6rs oljan till en temperatur p\u00e5 230\u00b0C under l\u00e5gtryck. F\u00f6r att utvinna den f\u00f6rs massan till en anl\u00e4ggning d\u00e4r den genomg\u00e5r en f\u00f6rsta torkningsprocedur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rst blandas den torkade pressmassan med hexan, ett l\u00f6sningsmedel som hj\u00e4lper till att l\u00f6sa upp all olja och sedan separera den fasta delen fr\u00e5n den flytande, som kallas hexanol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hexanolet destilleras sedan i syfte att avl\u00e4gsna l\u00f6sningsmedlet och erh\u00e5lla en r\u00e5 olja av olivrestprodukter, som k\u00e4nnetecknas av en naturligt h\u00f6g syrahalt, en oangen\u00e4m doft och av alla de oxiderade \u00e4mnen som bildades under pressmassans f\u00f6rvaringstid. F\u00f6r att oljan ska kunna konsumeras m\u00e5ste den raffineras. D\u00e4refter erh\u00e5lls en&nbsp;<strong>raffinerad olja av olivrestprodukter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.5em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DE OLIKA OLJORNAS KVALITET OCH RENHET<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom f\u00f6rordning 2568\/1991 har EG fastst\u00e4llt krav g\u00e4llande kvalitet och renhetsgrad som alla olivoljor och oljor av olivrestprodukter m\u00e5ste uppfylla. Man har ocks\u00e5 reglerat vilka analysmetoder som \u00e4r giltiga f\u00f6r samtliga medlemsl\u00e4nder och fastst\u00e4llt gr\u00e4nsv\u00e4rden f\u00f6r de parametrar som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att identifiera olivolja och dess varuklass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med \u00e5rens lopp har flera \u00e4ndringar lagts till, bland annat F\u00f6rordning 61\/2011 som f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen introducerar en till\u00e4mpning av en sensorisk metod vid v\u00e4rdering av olja, ett&nbsp;<strong>Panel Test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.5em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EUROPEISKA F\u00d6RORDNINGAR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>EEG-f\u00f6rordning 29\/2012 fastst\u00e4ller vad som \u00e4r obligatorisk respektive frivillig information p\u00e5 olivoljans etikett. Best\u00e4mmelserna ska integreras med de allm\u00e4nna standarder g\u00e4llande livsmedelsprodukter och deras annonsering som finns i f\u00f6rordning 2000\/2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>URSPRUNGSBETECKNING:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt lag m\u00e5ste ursprungslandet finnas angivet p\u00e5 etiketten p\u00e5 extra jungfruolivoljans och olivoljans framsida. T.ex. \u201c100% Italiensk\u201d, \u201cTillverkad i Italien\u201d, \u201cSpansk produkt\u201d, \u201c100% Tunisien\u201d etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0.25em\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
